Our old multi-function printer had gradually become enfeebled, losing each of its functions one by one. The last one, printing, finally went by the wayside last week, so I had to go out and find a new one. Having canvased every single variation of consumer electronics stores in our area, I finally managed to make a decision and today plunked down a hundred bucks for a new AIO scanner, printer, copier and popcorn maker. In an initial testing of the fruits of my shopping labors, a scanning in of some of our family photos, some more embarassing than others.

that was the general era but i really didn't have any particular allegeances. i was a type-less sort, part of no one's crowd.
let me know when and if you're ready to trade photo embarrassments and i'll dig up something suitably fair to balance your alleged rolls of fat. maybe i can find that moobs pic somewhere. but, this time, you can go first.

i wonder if my brother and i would look less weird if you were to photoshop our facial features about a third of the way up our faces. then we wouldn't have the neverending foreheads, exacerbated by the recessive chins and the summer haircuts.

i'll have to be careful. it's temping with this new scanner to turn this into a slide show of all my kids and pets and family vacations to las vegas, etc.

I peaked early. In high school I discovered that teachers and the system could be easily manipulated and I had my way with everything! I could never get in trouble cause I had all the authority in my back pocket (principal loved me). But in real life, you can't browbeat your boss!!
Also I peaked in relationship ability. From 18 to 25 had a relationship with a 6'5" totally shredded and gorgeous man who worshiped me. We were so lovey-dovey. One of those kinds of relationships that other people admire and hold up as an example.
Plus he had a solid six-pack and could do bicep curls with my entire body.
Ahhh.... college :)

no i like that shirt actually. i found an similar kind of shot of him and i from a different setting and we really look dorky in that one. there's a limit to my self exposure. soon as i find a photo in which i like how i look, i'll put it up. i think i have one in which i am a complete doppleganger for my son, differentiate-able only by the period clothing. just have so many pictires to dig thru to find such things.
