Arrggh!!, Not more photos!!!

I don't intend to do this 'photos of me and family' often. I promise. I'm just sitting here at work with an under-filled schedule, a lot of free time, a disc with scanned in photos on it and a congenital inability to be idle. These are some of the earliest known images of Okrgr. If they are embarrassing, well not embarassing but just look kind of dorky, it's just reward for being mean and shallow yesterday.

First, the kids. From a couple of years ago

Penance

Now me, very early me

For the Owl, later me, hating life in my little Lord Fauntleroy's

Lastly, for Carl, my stick. Notice, mine's bigger

I like the pics; they add another dimension.

Cute kids, btw, but you knew that already ;)

Yeah, you were pretty tortured. So much starch! Still cute tho.

Are you not interested in a smaller stick?

those are called prey

i like the one of you in the basket just after they hauled you out of the river. as to the stick, the bigger stick makes it easier...

oh. i had heard that a bigger stick made it better. you can definitely get in to more with a bigger stick. and the rides tend to last longer too. it's just not as easy to do all that shimmy gyration stuff the kids with their teensie ones can do.

you mean the baby photo where i'm onthe blanket looking up with a WTF? look on my face?

Prey or otherwise, this dude is carving.

Oh, THAT kind of stick!

Your kids are beautiful. The mad dad story resonated with me. Gah! I hate when I lecture my daughter. All of a sudden I'll hear myself and be totally horrified. Ah well, it's human...

it's gonna be sro. you should have a table or a booth outside to snag some biz. at some point, there's going to be some who want to move to the real thing.

I asked my class, "so who's going to defend the honor of the College of Music?" They all looked at each other and smirked.

It was a pretty big event from all accounts. Wonder if this will someday eclipse air guitar contests.

great pics, okrgr! i want a video of your golf swing, too.

probably not too good of an idea Eor. those kinds of swing errors are contagious. next time you're on the tee, you think about it and go, "god, remember that incredible drift of the head that okrgr had at the top of his backswing? thank god i don't do that. and that slice! hope something like that never haoppens to me." and next thing you know, the ball goes straight sideways and hits the guy from the next foursome sitting in his golfcart next to the tee box. then, it's your swing error to share with others.

ever see a video of charles barkley's swing. oh my god. to slow down his swing, someone once told him to pause at the top for a second. that got so deeply in his head that he can't get the swing going again. it's the most frightening thing in the world to see. if an athlete like that can be so mentally screwed by a simple suggestion, what about hackers like me?

anyway, it's been a few years for me. i think my wife even let our membership lapse rather than keep paying a monthly fee for something we never use much.

eor, did you see the paste jar lid photo?

my god, sir charles is truly horrible! i have a plan for us, though. Apply Vinyasa Krama to the Golf Swing. what do you think? back and up on rechaka, down and through on puraka. maybe not as long a kumbaka as sir charles at the top. i'm seriously going to try this.

yes, my god now i know what that thing is! impressive
